We are going on a long cruise and would like to know if anyone has successfully taken a clothes steamer through the security scanner.

On a back to back cruise when you have to change cabins how does it work? We will have to change cabins in Barcelona. Do we do it or does the cruise staff move your things?

We are from the US and will be arriving by cruise ship to Istanbul in June and will be going directly to the airport. Can anyone tell me if we will need some sort of visa to fly out of Istanbul? Thanks
