Hello, I know that someone on Cruise Critic can help me. Princess has my last name spelled incorrectly. I have called and texted12 times over the last 3 months. They tell me they have changed it and for me to log in when I log in it ask me to verify all the info such as name, address phone and zip code, I can input everything, but my name is grayed out can't change , then they tell me to wait 24 hours for the change. Of course, after 24 hours name is stilled spelled wrong, does anyone have Princess Technical Dept phone number or any idea how I may fix this. Thank everyone so much.

Hello, I know the Premium Desserts at $12 are included. Are other items on the menu included such as Gelato scoops and Sundaes. I ask because these are priced lower than the $12 Premium Desserts? If you have Princess Plus ( 2 items per day) or Premier (unlimited) can you order anything on the menu for for free or just Premium Desserts under the Princess Plans/

Hello everyone, I called Princess they don't seem to know, but I know someone on Cruise Critic can help. There will be 2 adults and 2 kids in room Deck plans says third and fourth pullman beds and says with pullman bed balcony door will be block when down. Diagram of cabin show sofa bed so I guess sofa bed with one pullman bed? If anyone has stayed in this cabin I would really like to know what's in there. Thank You so much

Hello, taking grandkids on cruise, they like Virgin Daiquiris of all kinds. I see the Zero Alcohol package says zero proof mocktails and the Classic Soda Package says mocktails. If I am reading this right, it means I can get the Classic Soda Package to be able for them to get their Virgin Daiquiris. Can anyone that had this package confirm that they will be able to get Virgin Daiquiris with the soda package. Thanks everyone.

My cruise was July 9 through July 16 , no time travel there , we ate most times at restaurants , tried buffet 1time for breakfast, twice for dinner after getting back from excursions, We knew the chance we were taking when we cruised and we accepted the chance, not complaining about catching Covid , we went with the mindset we probably would catch it ,and brought everything we would need , if we would have to go into lock down on the Ship , we were lucky that we really enjoyed our cruised and started felling bad late the last night of the cruise .Will we stop cruising No , just will always be prepared.

Cruised Infinity 9 / 16 , 4 people 2cabins , kept mask on at all times out of cabin , clean hands after sitting down right before eating , Lysol the room daily, and after room steward left , On Saturday the 16th woke up about about 5:30 am to get ready to disembark, one person in first cabin had slight sore throat, no other symptoms, other 3 people felt fine . As precaution we brought at home Covid test , all 4 people tested positive, retested 1hour later just to be sure , Yes all positived, both couples tested negative one day before cruise , we drove to port ,we wore mask as we drove , live in Miami, 2 days later 3 people started showing signs slight fever , slight sore throat, all 3 very mild symptoms, everyone both shots and booster, no one had caught Covid before cruise. Say what you may we feel we fought Covid on this cruise , Just be warned ,we wore mask when ever out of cabin , both wives sprayed cabin daily with Lysol (each brought 12cans Lysol each) LOL , All I can say is if you cruise play it safe pack meds and things you will need if you catch Covid , we were will prepared but didn’t need any of it on ship . Hello Just got off Infinity this pass Saturday, they are letting you use onboard credit at the casino, you go to the casino casher cage , you tell them how much you want to play, they will print out and hand you a cash ticket like the one that comes out of the slot machine, you take that put in in any slot machine and play , Me and the wife did this with 800.00 non- refundable ship board credit. sometimes we cash some out other times we would cash out at the slot machine and use it for play later, I don't know but Casino Host said this was fleet wide.

Hello LoveThatCorgi , yes you are correct, because of the recent price increase the cost to upgrade to Premium non-alcohol is 58.80 for each of the grandkids for a 7 day cruise. At least now there package includes Soft drinks can and fountain, Premium bottled water from Evian, Perrier & San Pelegrino , Specialty coffees & Organic teas , Red Bull energy Drink , Coconut water and offering from Vitamin Water , of course Virgin Cocktails of any kind and the smoothies from Spa Cafe . I included the whole list of what’s included so everyone would know , now the grandkids have a larger choice then our included Classic Alcohol package does ( we don’t drink) just use it for Coffee and Virgin Cocktails and only allowed regular bottled water ( the metal one ) for anyone else that don’t drink you can upgrade your Classic Alcohol package to the Premium Non-Alcohol package for 58.80 ( yes Celebrity calls it and upgrade even though it cheaper in price compared to Classic Alcohol package because of the Premium Waters)

Hello , booked cruise on Infinity for July with two grandkids ( 12 &13 ) . They received the Classic non alcohol package , With this package will the be able to get things like virgin daiquiris , virgin chocolate mudslides , will the be able to get hot chocolate and coffees from Cafe Al Bacio , is there anything else I need to know about this package for the grandkids. Hello you are correct the Premium Alcoholic Package includes Specialty coffees and teas, craft and artisanal beers ,sprits, cocktails, frozen drinks, Coca Cola products, premium bottled water and wine by the glass up to $15 per serving. you also receive 20% discount off all bottles of wine, also you can request any type of water such as Evian , spring water and mineral water red bull , vitamin water, and bottle ice teas if they have it . Also don't forget about Cafe Al Bacio you are able to order anything off that menu . Something else that few people mention , the smoothie's and the juices are included with you package in the Spa Cafe and juice bar . Enjoy your cruise
