Just received mine in the mail today. Bookings open up October 10th for me. You won't see anything on the website under your account until that day. Too bad I already have 4 booked for 2024 and are now charged $50.00 per pax to make ANY changes. I have a great PVP that I have used for over 10 years and had to make a change in cabins on a currently booked cruise, when she told me that she hated to do it, but had to charge me an additional $100.00 to change from a regular balcony to a Spa balcony🙄. Cheers!!

Reach out to your Casino Host/Hostess on your email and ask. They are usually very accommodating, especially if you call and ask nicely. Good Luck!!

I will be having my Milestone cruise coming up at my next booking. I understand that I can use the Milestone offer at any time past my 25th cruise. What is the best way to get the "Best Bang for my Buck"?. I do receive frequent Casino Offers so I am a bit confused as to how it works. Appreciate any input. Thanks so much!! PG

No, only as your offer states...."You and a Guest". Any offers are usually for the first 2 guests only. Hope this helps 😁

I just got off of a cruise 040923 and startied going through my SnS and found a charge of $23.01 that I did not make at the Red Frog Pub. I had the drink package and did not order anything outside the normal drink realm. Can someone please let me know who I can contact at CCL to try to have this addressed?
