For sure it had to be written before royal dropped cruises end of last year. I kept reading rumors before that too. Made no sense wonder would come here if harmony not selling better.

We got rid of multiple sets of china I knew I'd never use. Agree breaks my heart but trying to par down. Right now I'm pondering a very old dictionary my mom always used, even has tabs inset for the letters I havent been able to throw away but no use for. We had some who called royal. The gi issue was on friday at dinner time. Some had doctors test and one lady went into the hospital for test. Those who called said royal really seemed to not care, if it was not covid, yawn, we dont want to know. No one who called said that rcl took their report seriously and cared. I was on a b2b is the only reason I tried to report it. Guest who supposedly was in charge yelled youc got it in cozumel. I didnt get off the ship in cozumel. He yelled cant be our food. Its inspected. My doctor treated me for e coli. I couldn't get rid of it without seeing a doctor. I've never seen over 50 people post on 1 roll call before they were all sick with the runs. Royal for sure doesnt want to hear. One of several reasons since covid I dont have much trust in royal, but I like to cruise. Imo you are on your own if you get sick from something on their ship.

We had over 50 on my roll call who all had gi issues onboard. Royal refused to take the report onboard and actually yelled at me it's impossible it's our food. It was something onboard, I got it too. If they dont take the report, then it didnt happen is royals way to handle from my experience.

No last year I pushed to 340 pts to get the solo discount. It's a loyalty perk. Its 1 of the perks and why I said for me royal has the best perks. I'm going to push to pinnacle by the end of next year. Right now I get 2 days free wifi. At pinnacle the whole cruise is free wifi. The 4 free drinks a day dont start until diamond on rcl. 80 pts. At 2 pts per night i pushed up fast on rcl since covid. I do group rates thru a TA not the advertised rates, minus D+ balcony discount, minus solo discount is why for me as a solo royal is cheaper than carnival, but I pushed for points last year when cruises were cheap.

While those are ok, I have to say love carnival pizza made from scratch where I can special order my white pizza with pepperoni. I had BLT 3 times at their deli. The deli on royal doesnt special order and make sandwiches .. except beef and I've had trouble with finding beef cooked enough. And I love guys burgers, not the free ones on royal. We had free Mongolian bbq, not free on royal. Mexican about equal for free. Carnival cut my salad bowl so for me no longer a edge. Oh and free BBQ and all the sides there my last cruise. I still give carnival the nod. I posted over on carnival where the points guy gave the nod to carnival due to all the included fast food. For me carnival wins for free included food too. I make up for it on royal with my free drinks and 2 days of wifi and solo discount.

I'm diamond on carnival and sure never felt spoiled. Royal has much better loyalty perks just saying. Also only royal gives solos a discount, sure not carnival. At 340 pts 25% off. It's hard to compare since royal gives me lots of perks, carnival pretty much nothing. Carnival has more fast food, I'll be honest. Royal better shows. I find the 2 more similar than not except I get 5 free drinks a day on royal, 1 drink on carnival the whole cruise Royal you can bring 12 cans or bottles of soda, carnival only cans. Each adult can bring 1 bottle of wine. To clarify, if solo yes that's only 1 bottle of wine. 3 adults in the cabin, 3 bottles. Its per adult. Carnivals fast food is what I miss. Not free on royal. Either mdr is not top notch imo. Similar.

The surcharge is for izumi hibachi if you have a dinner pkg. There isnt a extra charge for the sushi side. I've only done the set price dinner, not the ala carte. Idk but you maybe can get a credit like above for ala carte or set price, not sure. I just do the dinner. No extra for the sushi side of the restaurant.

Stay across from new orleans, not in the heart of the city? Same thing for one of her concerts in miami going on. I am sure I could find a hotel under $1300 that would work for me.

I am one who agrees with you. That's why we book ahead to lock in the price. When I objected the loyal to royal attacked me and said do you expect royal to just eat the new taxes. .. well yes, that's why i locked in the prices. I agree with you but it's not worth cancelled over a $20 extra charge. Didnt you know royal can do no wrong?

I'm throwing out the spices and not moving any food. Buying new. And yea on the painters. Only would paint with sherwin William's.
