  1. When I am ready to book a cruise, I always check the website deck plans and choose a cabin with NO public spaces above or below me and as close to the middle of the ship as possible (much smoother ride most of the time). The Sun is a unique small ship. Enjoy your cruise
  2. Remember that rehearses take place during the day for the various shows. Might be noticeable and might not be.
  3. If you plan to take the train excursion out of Skagway to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada you will need a passport. I had to fly home once from Victoria, British Columbia-- passport required. Yes it is a closed loop cruise but you might just need a passport.
  4. Just show up. One of the main dining rooms is just off of the forward elevator in the lobby.
  5. I hope you folks are having a wonderful cruise. The Spirit is a wonderful ship. Would love to sail on Her once again.
  6. When is your next grand adventure? I hope all is well in your world.
  7. On your cruise there should be at least ONE "Fill The Bag" for one price on your cruise. I usually wash one or two items every couple of days in the bathroom sink and hang on the towel racks.
  8. From the deck plans, I do not think noise should be an issue with Inside Cabins on Deck 15. Enjoy your cruise.
  9. Are you sure about the Jade. According to the website, Deck 15 only has one cabin on it (a Haven Site) no Inside cabins.
  10. Very wrong--- A very drunk 20 year old college student jumped overboard from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship a few days ago and has yet to be found.
  11. Spring Break is usually from President's Day in February through the Sunday after Easter. With Easter being on the 20th of April and the end of the school year beginning in mid May, Spring Break will probably wind down in late March or early April. Since you are looking at a 12 Day, there may not be a lot of kids on your cruise. Most parents probably will not want to take their kids out of school for more than a week. Keep in mind that more and more people are homeschooling their kids these days. As as solo Senior Citizen type passenger, I would be comfortable in booking either one of your 12 Day cruises. Enjoy
