I don't mind them asking like some people do. However, on the last several cruises we break the ice ourselves by telling our waiters: "After we get off the ship tomorrow you will receive a survey about how we were as guests this week, We need you to puts 10s across the board. Not 9s or below but 10s" We all have a good laugh and they don't bother with their survey pitch. 🙂 We also don't let things fester so if there is an issue with the waiters we have already addressed it during the week.

If we had a drink package other than the one we have the first part sounds like a great idea. Not sure if we get $100pp value by upgrading from the one we have to the quench package. Generally we don't carry on because of the hassle. (we are not light packers LOL)
