Hi Dawn, I changed cruises today. I have been going round and round with some other issues lately and decided I don't want to sail The Ray. I found a 2 week Caribbean cruise on The Moon for a good price in December. (Yes, good even for a solo). I had to go back to the hospital week before last for 4 more days......then last week I had an outpatient procedure......l have no desire to fly to Europe right now. Life can get complicated and I want to spend my $$ on a ship I know I love (if that makes any sense at all)

Not sure about the earliest but usually they want everyone off the ship around 9:30

This entire thread is giving me pause. I started with SS in 2017 and my most recent cruise was back in November on the NOVA TA crossing. I am booked on Ray for December but I am actually thinking of cancelling it. Going back in my memory bank, my 2 favorite ships are Dawn and Moon. I did have a good time on that crossing but thinking about it now........she was not even close for me (in terms of favorite ships, deck plans, set up, etc). I have not made final payment yet so I have time to decide..........I miss the regular Arts Cafe......it is one of my most favorite spots. They really made an error oh how they did it on Nova (in my opinion).....Ray is supposed to have the same poor layout. Lots of wasted space. Just not sure I want to spend $$$$ for something I am not truly happy with.......

Just curious, did some of you meet her in person? Reading all the replies it sounds like everyone actually knows her......I must be in the minority. Don't corporate companies have executive changes all the time? Wishing her well in her future endeavors.

Hi Kat, glad you are feeling better. I am too. Spoke with the Drs office and the stents they put in this time will be removed on Wednesday. I am in a grey waffle knit top with a pair of black/grey/off white camo colored joggers. Its been cooler than normal here lately (not complaining).......it rained all morning but now the sun is out and I think it is in the mid 60s Ya'll see OJ died today........talk about a fall from grace.

I have been on many ships. I remember over 20 years ago I stepped on Celebrity CENTURY. She was pretty small (compared to the floating cities on the market now) but I LOVED that ship. She was classy and a classic..........

Good morning girls, anyone heard of the Probiotic called Florajen? It is supposed to help make you regular. Seems that hospital stay and then the out patient procedure have got me out of whack a bit. I don't have any pain (thankfully). But I think the anesthesia must have affected me. Hopefully this pill will help. The pharmacist was pretty knowledgeable and said to keep the bottle refrigerated and take 1 pill per day. Hope it works!
