Just a question: we got new sea passes but our documents on the website still show our old cabin number. Will we get new documents or at least new bag tags? or just show our new sea passes at the port.

Today I checked our cruise express passes and the new cabin number was showing. Checked and our CC was billed. Shortly thereafter I got the email stating our cabin was upgraded. We paid $2540 more but this is the second of BtoB cruises and we are both celebrating milestone birthdays so was worth it to us for the bigger cabin and amenities. We took a Christmas cruise on the Beyond in a Sky Suite and loved the Retreat.

How do you know your bid was unsuccessful. We bid to upgrade from Concierge balcony to either an aqua Sky Suite or Royal Suite for our Constellation cruise on Sept. 3rd. Says pending on both. Is it too early to know? Does pending really mean anything?

On Saturday I had a conference call with my TA and Azamara and the Aza rep used my OBC for transfer from Civitavecchia to airport. Go figure.

We’re booked on the Aug. 22 Onward out of Fusina(Venice). TA was able to have all my travel documents emailed to me Saturday. Big relief. Still confusion on my excursions and OBC though.

Dr. H We’re on the Aug. 22 Onward Italy Intensive cruise. I’m an avid Mah Jjong player and glad to hear there are sets onboard. Looking for any other players who might want to play on cruise. I haven’t played the Chinese version but am willing to learn. Also concerned about our day in Fusina. I would expect that Azamara would have a shuttle service to Venice but maybe not.

Does anyone know how to fill out the documents page for an upcoming cruise. In the Covid vaccine section it asks for document number, name, issue and expiration dates. Nothing like that on my vaccination card. Won’t let you submit the other info like passport and trusted traveler un less all boxes about vaccination are filled. Makes no sense to me. Can anyone help? thanks
