Thanks. If we show up at, say, 10-1030, would there be an issue?

We are sailing the NCL Breakaway this Sunday. When I did check-in, I chose a terminal time of 9 AM. Now that I'm checking my e-docs, they say that boarding time isn't until noon. Why would they have us come at 9 if only to sit around until at least noon? Can we show up at, say, 11 AM without penalty if they truly won't board until noon? We are confused by the time given.

I see that there is a Noodle restaurant that is included- I can't find much info about it (but my 9 year old LOOOOOOVES noodles!) Does anyone know what they serve, when it's open, and how it is?
