Winchester is easy to get to from Southampton (train or Uber). The Cathedral /pedestrian area is very walkable. You can tour the beautiful cathedral, castle ruins and walk up the old tower at the end of the shopping street for a great view.

I’ve never had a problem. They are looking for bottles of wine or booze. Cold medicine is totally fine.

Definitely a nice track! Aft there's a section with bushes on one side, sea on the other. The incline section is usually empty. Afternoons you may have to dodge a beverage cart or lounge chair people. Also starboard side, there's a door to the elevator that's a potential collision area during busy times. Overall it's SO much better than most ship "jog/walk" paths that are really just walkways.

You call the spa representatives. I had originally booked a spa pass, but my cruise is very port intensive, so decided to cancel. I tried the chat and was told to I had to call and cancel. The money was refunded in bits and pieces about $36 at a time over 3 months 🙂
