Hi My husband and I have cruised many times in the past but haven’t since 2018 due to medical reasons (not Covid). A few days ago I made our May 2024 Bermuda cruise through the chat-with-us option on the Celebrity site. Great experience but I can’t remember how I got there🤦♀️. Anyone familiar with that booking option? I want to check in with the agent in two weeks because he is going on the Eclipse next week in the cabin 2 down from the one we booked. He promised a review of the cabin and location.👍
