Bear watching in Icy Strait Point

We want to book a tour to possibly see some bears and wildlife, in Icy Strait Point.

Tours run all day long, and I am wondering what time of the day would be best to take the tour.? Morning or afternoon?

We will be there in late September.

It's been my impression that mornings are best. We had a great tour experience with Pat of Chicagoff Tours and many here give very good reviews to Keith with Tekk Outfitters.
