Are there supermarkets in these following Chilean ports, Puerto Montt, Castro, Puerto Chacabuco, & Punta Arenas where we can buy medium quality Chilean reds such as Concho y Toro Marques de Casa Cabernet Sauvignon or Carmenere? or do we have to pick them up in Santiago or Valparaiso?

Even in Puerto Chacabuco there is a small supermarket within walking distance of the port (Supermercado Mari Mack). The other stops are all large enough that you will have no problem finding wine, supermarkets, etc. etc.

Any other specific names within walk of port entry/exit? Not sure if can interrupt a tour to buy wine.

The only way to do what you want like this is getting a private tour or small group tour. There are many independent not commercial guides that when they are good they open their own services and can personalized. If you can join a group you can be flexible as you request. We did it with the best tour guide in buenos aires (liz tour guide buenos aires ) who is top in trip advisor for years same as google search.
