I don't really think of Grand Cayman as an adventurous port. With that said, perhaps do a Feeding and snorkeling with the Sting Rays excursion. It is a bit adventurous as you can't control what they will do. Your ship will have excursions and there are also plenty of local tour operators you can book with. I always prefer non-ship tours. :):):)

Witha 5 in your party, excursions can get pretty pricey.....before you start booking stuff, get a guidebook on your ports. (Libraries have them) See what there is to do in each place...you may find that the things you're interested in are quite easy to DIY! GC is a VERY EASY DIY port...great public transport...nice folks....English speaking....

 

Anything you can do on your own will be a fraction of the cost of a tour!
