Question about the Spencer Ambrose land ,sea and beach adventure???

Going on the Celebrity Equinox in May One of the ports is St Lucia.Would like to do the Spencer Ambrose tour.Is the speed boat a rough ride? I have a bad back and don,t want to hurt it with a rough ride.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!:)

It is pretty rough. But loads of fun. It goes FAST!

My family just did the spencer tour last week. I have a herniated lumbar disc in my back and had not problem. The speed boats are bumpy, but it wasn't an issue. My kids (3 and 5) loved it. I'd recommend sitting in the back of the boat for a slightly less bumpy ride.
