Leave your passport in your cabin safe.

You'll only need to take your cruise card and a government issued photo ID (like your driver's license). :)

They will usually print what you need to bring you on the daily program they leave in your cabin. Take it with you, as they have emergency contact details in case you need it.

Regarding the emergency numbers printed in the daily program, take a picture of that part of the page. One less thing to have to carry.

We do I find the excursions on a specific cruise that includes us in a group? I did this 7 years ago, but I am having a hard time remembering where to go to this time.

Should just go to your log in page and select excursions each one will tell you about it or go to the cruise line website and select explore then destination.
