Re: Alaska's weather

The July 3rd sailing of the Amsterdam brought good weather to the State. Rain in the afternoon at Icy Point Strait and overcast, but no rain, at Kodiak with Sun and partly cloudy conditions everywhere else with temperatures in the mid-upper 50's and lower 60's. Our visits to Sawyer Glacier and Hubbard Glacier saw good weather as well with plenty of Sun. Seas were slight with only a bit of bumpy seas North of Vancouver Island on the day after leaving Seattle. The Gulf of Alaska was like glass for part of one day, but even it was behaving itself.

Ours was a great cruise and the weather really cooperated!
