Best Seating Option for Cirque on Getaway?

I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on whether to choose floor seating or banquet seating for Cirque on the Getaway. The cost difference is negligible, and I know some Cirque shows are actually better observed from further away (Love), while some are more fun up close (O).

We got the more expensive setting. It is beside the stage.

Excellent view, the other tables are behind the stage tables.

Seating was assigned on first come,first seated basis so arriving early is beneficial. Doors open early and the performers parade in their elaborate costumes for photos opportunities while waiting for dinner to be served.

The ceiling above the stage is domed so those in the expensive seats can see everything whereas the banquet seats may not be able to see the very top of the dome. I'm not sure if you'd miss much, if anything in the banquet.

It is worth it to get the floor seating. As mentioned, first come, first seated. We were there about 25 minutes prior, and there will already about 20 people on line.

Even the worst floor seats are not that bad.

There are no official formal nights on NCL, but the second night is typically treated like an optional formal night.

We bought the more expensive seats. To be honest, I can't imagine my seat was any better than the "cheap" seats. Yes, we were right next to the stage, but the worst seats are probably less 75' from the stage.

This is a show that I will definitely see again, but I probably won't bother paying the upcharge.

Lastly, if you are a big eater, you might want to have a snack beforehand, especially if you are going to the later show.
