How often must those markings be repainted? They are above the waterline - that should help some.

Whenever they start fading out; part of regular maintenance for/by the sailors

Noticed she's flying a fourth flag on top besides Dutch, U.S. (visiting port) and HAL house flag.

Not too much adjustment today. Either they did a good job lining up, or no weather conditions to mess with the docking.

I only see 3 flags - even on full-screen.

ETA: I just saw a little one flap out on port side - right in front of the.funnel.
