Close to booking the Southern Rt. out of San Juan for DW's 60th b-day. Are the ports Tender or Docks? ( Barbados/And the Sts. Kitts/John/Lucia/Martain) Balcony as we enjoy sitting there coming and going into ports.

If you can't do the aft-view, then here is what each port offered for views:

St. Thomas - Starboard was the pier, port was the bay - the ship was docked straight in

St. Lucia - Port side was the island, Starboard was ocean and island (and airport) - *the ship was backed in

St. Kitts - Starboard was the pier and another ship, port was ocean and island - * the ship was backed in

St. Maarten - Starboard pier and a view of the bay/island, port was the ocean and some of the island - the ship was backed in

Barbados - Starboard the pier and island, port straight out to the ocean.
