Looking for a few suggestions for mexican/seafood restaurants & bars with air conditioning. We're going to be there in July.

Which port?

Can't think of any restaurant that has US style air conditioning in Cabo or PV that are outside of the US style malls. Cabo's is on the marina. PV's is on the other side of Walmart across the street from port. Always seen fans in the restaurants.
July will be brutal for heat and humidity. We go out in the morning and evening. Afternoon is siesta time.

In Puerto Vallarta most restaurants are the open air kind, so not (or better hardly any) much with airco. However ceiling fans and blowers will be there and of course the breeze from the ocean..
