Cunard CompleteAir Programme

Has anyone used Cunard's CompleteAir program? How did it compare to booking on your own? Is transportation between the ship and the airport included? (In our case, from Brooklyn to LGA or JFK?

I had Cunard book my air for my TA this past January. Since I needed one way air between the US and the UK the cost of booking on my own was ridiculously high. Cunard was able to get me a flight that was about 20% of what I would have paid on my own. I was given a choice of flights on different days. No transfers were included in my deal.
