Incomplete e-docs

The e-docs I received from Windstar for my upcoming cruise did not include the 2 shore excursions I purchased. I've sent two e-mails to Windstar requesting corrected e-docs with absolutely no response. Sure hope the service on board is better than the service in their administrative offices.

Did you call? I would call on Monday if you haven't received an email reply by then. I've always called when I've had a question and gotten an answer right away.

Yes, I called today and left a message for the individual who sent the e-doc. Haven't received a return call, but she may not be working on Saturday. I'll try again Monday.

When you go online to view your itin? If they're there I'd just print it out in case. All the tickets will be in your cabin the first day. If they aren't there show the printout to the excursion desk. Do they show as paid on your invoice?
