UUNetBill Posted June 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 29, 2017 Pretty nice perk. I'd say that I'd like to see Regent follow suit, but since I can't really get away for more than 10-12 days at a stretch it wouldn't benefit me. But it sure is a nice goodie to have! Travelcat2 Posted July 1, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 1, 2017 (edited) Silversea has free laundry in Silver Suites and above. It is a good perk. In terms of Windstar, it would not be enough for us to sail on them. Four of their five "yachts" carry only 212 passengers (3 of the "yachts" are the old Seabourn ships that were for sale forever -- small suites, no balconies, etc.) And, most travel writers, companies, etc. do not consider them to be "luxury". Their inclusiveness is as follows: ALWAYS COMPLIMENTARY... All meals, in all venues Non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty tea and coffee drinks Beautifully appointed ocean view stateroom or suite Plush bathrobes and slippers Fresh flowers and fruit in your stateroom or suite Marble finished baths (power yachts only) Flat screen TV and DVD player Spectacular onboard deck barbecue Onboard entertainment, including local performances in most regions Fully equipped Watersports Platform, use of all water sports equipment included Access to the Open Bridge Champagne Welcome Reception Beautiful Sail Away from every port Edited July 1, 2017 by Travelcat2

In it's 2016 Guide, Berlitz rates the Star Breeze, Star Legend, and Star Pride as "luxury". Their staterooms range in size from 277 to 575 sq, ft. I have many very happy memories of the Seabourn Pride. Boarding next to the HMS Belfast at Tower Bridge, and sailing down the Thames. Visiting St. Petersburg, and mooring opposite the Hermitage. Asking one evening after dinner if they had any 'After Eight' mints, and being told No, but they would get some at the next port of call. As the next port of call was Copenhagen, I thought not much chance, but after dinner the next evening, along with my coffee came the mints.
