How to get to ARN (Stockholm airport) from port best way at 7:30 am?

Need help please in getting from the port to the airport for a 10:55 flight. Hiring a private car costs more than the flight. Should I just pay the $150 change fee or can it be done? Thanks any seasoned Stockholm folks.

Flygbussarna Door to Gate (www.doortogate.se) seem a good option. They may make up to 2 more stops on the way to the airport to pick up other passengers. The price is 289kr for the van and one passenger + 50kr for each additional passenger. We pick up our cruise on 23 August and will be using them.

The Azamara transfer is convenient and very expensive. Use if you have excess OBC. If not, take a taxi. I have disembarked twice in Stockholm. Lots of taxis waiting. Price is fixed. They take credit cards. You can also share a taxi with another couple and save even more. Ship transfers are too expensive.
