Not difficult at all!

Yiu have a taxi station at the port.

Attached is the official fixed prices from Ashdod Port.

The only issue is to get back. Any taxi will take you back to the port from TA but not all the way into the port to your ship, as only authorised taxis can do so. Your best solution will be closing the deal with the same driver that takes you from the port to come and pick you up from TA back to the ship.
