Where is Splendor

Trying to figure out if they are going to stay at sea longer?

Splendor is pulling into Belize right now. Cozumel tomorrow and may stay there an extra day to wait for Irma to get through Florida before heading back to Fort Lauderdale. A lot of cruise ships are due in port in Florida this weekend but I'm sure they will all just sit back a safe distance and wait for Irma to move out.

That is the coolest thing! Something else to while away the time at work at feed my addiction.

Just be aware that Cruisemapper will use the ship's published itinerary to show location when the ship is out of range of land based AIS tracking, which has led to some serious mistakes in positions presented on their site when weather or mechanical conditions cause a last minute change.

Splendor will be stuck in Cozumel until storm passes.

They should have returned to Fort Lauderdale this week .

This is fascinating, thanks for posting. Ton of Carnival ships in the Gulf of Mexico, and the Carnival Glory appears to be at anchor at the Port of Houston.

Just an update, yes the route the ship I'm on is basically where the hurricanes, storms, earthquakes etc are going down but we've rerouted and are out of it's way, looks like we're cancelling next cruise and waiting it out at sea until we can dock places safely. Very sad to see some of my fave places I've visited over the years ruined and sending love to everyone affected but thankfully all here are safe ❤
