Happy Birthday Kruisey!

I didn't get one either (neither snail nor e-mail) but didn't notice it until you pointed it out.

We have 4 cruises booked so I don't think that's it - just another small cutback.

Just got one from Royal Caribbean. (We've never sailed Royal Caribbean though we have sailed with Celebrity and they are under the same parent company, much like Carnival and Princess.)

We have 28 Princess cruises. :p

Oh well, again - Happy and Healthy Birthday Heather.

Now I got one from Cunard (never sailed with them either).

This gets funnier and funnier. :p

Thanks for starting this thread Kruisey - I never would have noticed had you not pointed it out .

On the web for tomorrow.

Guess my out and out with them regarding solo supplements and cancelled my cruise I teed them off:p;)

If I recall correctly, you accused princess of discriminating against

singles, and then were involved in a long thread about how you would

no longer be cruising on princess and were looking for a new cruise

line.

And you lament no birthday card?

Strange. It's like lamenting that some boy/girlfriend that you dumped

doens't call anymore.

Most folks agree with me.

Solos have to make a stand against these things otherwise everything just slides along.

Other cruise Companies are acknowledging this fact :)

Repeating most folks on CC know this thread was written with tongue in cheek.......Sorry you misinterpreted it.

I am still in hope that Princess will one day recognize the advantages of solo passengers. There was no harm in trying:)

I find that very hard to believe.

On the other hand, a well know dog poster made a big announcement

about how he was leaving princess, and in a month or two, he was

back.

Don't be such a party pooper!:p

I had a feeling I was not going to receive a birthday e-mail from Princess this year

I think the vast majority of CC readers got the "tongue in cheek" about your remark. Heck, I don't agree with you on certain things but it was pretty hard not to figure this one out.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! LOL. There is a reason that Pablo222 is blocked from my view.

Saying I love cruising with Princess. Its the wonderful reception I always get when I step on board. No matter what age you are everyone is treated as one big family by the employees.:)

Its the big bosses at the top of the tree.Their financial attitude towards solo passengers that gets the teeth grinding:eek:

I was thinking about this...

More than a few posters offered suggestions about cruise lines

that had single cabins, cruise lines that had good rates for

singles, etc.

It is nice that they took their time and replied.

I guess, like me, they missed the joke.

Part of the cutbacks!

Took my first Princess on original Pacific in 1986. Took my latest PC March this year on Regal, No. 19. What birthday cards? You all get birthday cards from Princess? What must one do to achieve such status?
