Tortola question

We are stopping at Tortola on our Escape cruise in May and we're looking at activities in Tortola. We thought maybe we would try to do a beach day and possibly see about renting a stand up paddle board. Does anyone know what beach would be best to do this at here and any recommendations for rentals?

If these are available they would most likely be rented by the Cane Garden Bay Watersports in CGB, you may want to google their contact info and call them. Not sure where else you would find them for day visitors...

Take a ferry to Virgin Gorda and visit the Baths. Great snorkeling, beach, and short hike through caves full of water and small fish.

Long Bay was a greeat beach day for us on Totorla--oh and the pain killers!!!!!!!!!
