Turtle Farm payment

I recently booked a tour at the Turtle Farm through their website. The payment has cleared the bank but I still have not gotten any confirmation. Do they send you something?

I didn't get a confirmation number. They have a new website and I think it may be messing up.

I was finally able to get in touch with them through email. Evidently the new website was having issues. They were able to find the payment and sent a confirmation number and just said to show the paper with the confirmation number and I should have no trouble.
