I am scheduled to board the Silver Spirit on August 22. I intend to leave my Venice hotel (Palazzo Barocci) at noon and boaed about 12:30. Is this kosher?:)

 

Most definitely. You can certainly board around noon. Enjoy a leisurely lunch and then go to your cabin when the announcement is made that cabins are ready.
