Global Entry

I was wondering if anyone has used Global Entry at Port Everglades and if so, is it working well.

Used it Dec 2015 at PE. It was just a separate line, no kiosks. Maybe someone has an update. Is it available at the Port of Miami?

Just understand that its not GE like at airports but simply the ability to use a separate line (often shared by disabled folks). You still have to go through the usual face-to-face check with a CBP agent. If you are getting off the ship at a busy time (such as early) the shorter line can be a time saver. The last two times we have used the GE line there was a port security person who simply asked if we had our GE cards (we said yes) after which they waved us into the line. On 4 visits nobody has ever ask to see our cards and the Passport checks were cursory without a specific computer check.
