Signature Form

Hello, it's been awhile since our last Disney cruise. Can anyone tell me how many days prior to the cruise the Guest Signature Form be available to print out. I can't remember. We are down to 65 days and I have done the online registration, but no form yet. TIA

There is no signature form any longer. You just print out your Port Arrival information.

The signature form was eliminated in March. All you need now is the Port Arrival form....and of course all your personal documents.
