What time will we be off the ship?

Recommended Posts

If a cruise ship is due to arrive on time and it does dock on time, what is a realistic expectation for departing the ship?If you are not scheduled to do a shore excursion. Not tendering. Is it safe to say an hour?

Obviously first time cruising.

Thanks

yes , unfortunatly it does seem to take about an hour most of the time :o

but I guess there are always people who go a wait in the stairwells before the ship docks so they can get of the ship sooner :)

Glory - I've found that by sitting on Lido Deck having another leisurely cuppa coffee is a better way to spend time than standing in that LONG line trying to get off the ship in port!:D I watch the line (from the railing on Lido) till most are off, then I go. I find I'm much more relaxed for my day when I do that. Lines frustrate me.
