Ocean Grill Vallarta

I've spoke to several people about the Ocean Grill in Boca de Tomatlan and have heard many different takes on the trip to and from the ship to restaurant.

Has anyone else taken this trip on a 1 day in port stay?

We have not done it on a cruise day, but do live in PV a couple of months a year and are familiar with the restaurant location. Getting there is not a problem on port days other then the fact that it will take several hours of your time to go to the Ocean Grill and have lunch. Keep in mind that advance reservations are usually a must for this particular restaurant and they have specific seatings. Here is the link to their web site:
