Extra weight

We're going on Azura in Decemer to the Caribbean. Can you buy extra luggage weight?

The reason I am asking is, I saw a thread previously and it was about a Thomas Cook flight whereby you could do this but I have never heard of this.

By the way, I don't mean flying premium, just bog standard cheapie seats.

We are flying Thomson. Does anyone have any idea?

Yes you can. Charges are £35 for 5kg and £70 for 10kg for return flights.

Brian is right. We bought extra allowance for our last trip to the Caribbean and we flew Thomson. You do it by phone 3-4 days before flying - look on the website via Brian's link. When we got to check in it was already on the computer. I had printed off the email confirmation I received from Thomson to take with me but it wasn't needed.

I concur with annieuk; just need to make a phone call 3-5 days prior to outbound flight. They email confirmation which I received during the call. I too took said email to check-in but it wasn't required as our booking had been updated. Smooth and efficient :)

Just looked at the link and Thomas Cook now says 'Currently only available to book at check in for flight'.......what does that mean? i have to go there in the morning and hope i can pay the cheap price to add 10Kg??
