Question for Azamara Corporate Folk re Port Arrival Time

I am doing the New Zealand cruise on the Journey that starts on 22 February 2018. The Azamara itinerary lists the arrival time for this cruise in Napier at 14:00 and the departure time as 21:00. This obviously does not work well with any tours.

I looked at the Napier Cruise Port Site - http://www.napierport.co.nz/shipping-info/cruise-schedule/ - and it shows the ETA for the Journey to be 12:00 and the ETD to be 21:00. The ETD matches the time on the Azamara site. The ETA does not. It would be much better for planning tours if the 12:00 was correct.

Can someone check with corporate to see which time is correct: 12:00 or 14:00.

I suggest you read Bonnies thread above. If you are desperate to get an answer look at the port's own website. Hardly an important question whilst the office is evacuated and when they get back they will be concentrating on guests whose immediate plans are disrupted. Your cruise is 5 months away.....

Hi Donaldsc,

I'm here but HQ is closed. Ask me again around the middle of the week when everyone will be back safe and sound (yn)(yn)

I honestly did not realize that the office is located in Florida. Sorry for my post. Be safe and get to a response whenever you can.
