Regent Spa Facilities

Do all Regent ships have full spas including steam rooms and saunas? Are they gender specific?

Did a search and got confused (easy for an old fart like me :D ). Thanks so much for any information.

Saunas/steam rooms are gender specific located in dressing room. No charge to use them. The day you board ship it is worth visiting the spa. Staff are happy to take you on a tour and schedule any treatments you might like.
