Taormina or Messina

I would personally recommend Taormina, I had some of the most stunning views in my life when I was there on a land trip with friends. The Teatro Greco is a very interesting thing to see, plus like I said, the views are something that can't even be described to a full extent. Also, the tight old alleyways are very charming, and there are some amazing food and gelato options in the town. I hope you enjoy it!

I would have to agree with OceansOfTravels. I would go to Taormina. Make sure that you pick up a couple of cannolis. Best I've ever had.
