Alcohol Free Beer!

Hubby no longer drinks alcohol, but still enjoys the taste of beer occasionally. Does anyone know if alcohol beer is included in the complimentary drinks - e.g. Becks Blue? Or Bud O'Douls?

No, the only included beers are Bud/Bud Light and Beck's. The upgraded beverage packages include O'Doul's; you can find a list of the complimentary drinks and the packages on the website:

So you have to pay more to be able to get beer that has less or no alcohol. Does that make sense to anyone besides cruise company management?

There is now an included zero alcohol beer on Azamara - they had just included it on my last cruise (Oct/Nov2016). It was so newly included that several waiters had to check that it was included before serving it. I can't remember which make it was though. It's not listed on the Azamara website, but it is definitely there and included!

I find that alcohol free beer just doesn't feature on most companies radar. Waiters always look taken-aback when he asks for it. Alcohol free cocktails for women fine. After all, we are such delicate flowers:rolleyes: but beer with no alcohol for a man? :eek:

I have just received this reply from Azamara Customer Services

 

"I have contacted our Food and Beverage manager and he confirmed to me that at the moment O'Douls is the complimentary alcohol free beverage".

Yes, O'Doul's is on the complimentary list. There is another non-alcoholic beer called Buckler from Holland for a charge of $3.75. :beer-mug:
