Does anyone know what nights we can expect to be formal nights on the Noordam out of Vancouver? And on which night will the lobster be served? We are leaving this Saturday :) Thanks so much!

Gala Nights will be Monday and Thursday.

Here are our On Locations from May 2015 on the Noordam:

And your menus, both Lido and Main Dining Room to show lobster on Thursday evening:

Hope this helps

When we sailed in May, the formal nights were Sunday (northbound sea day) and Thursday (Ketchikan).

It should not be Monday, because that's Juneau, and the ship remains in port until 10 pm, with many people missing dinner due to shore excursions.

I didn't see lobster on the Lido dinner menu on second formal night, just curious, as we are 9/19 Noordam.

The Lido does not serve lobster on the second Gala Night. If you want lobster without going to the MDR, you can order the MDR meal through Room Service (call during meal hours).

We usually order two lobsters and skip the turf portion.
