When we did the Danube cruise with AMAWaterways, we stayed at the Sofitel Chain Bridge Hotel in Budapest. It was lovely and we had an incredible view. Wonderful breakfast included. However, when we were there, the hotel offered an "up-sell" package that gave us privileges to use a special lounge. Light breakfast, afternoon snacks and drinks. We loved it and felt it was a great deal. We arrived a few days early and toured Budapest on our own and with a private guide.

 

Hope you enjoy your cruise with AMAWaterways as much as we did. The Danube has been our favorite river cruise so far.
