We did this itinerary last April. It was warm for the first day at sea but then was colder. If you find a spot out of the wind and in the sun it's great. We were on he Celebrity Solstice and the pool bar was a perfect spot [emoji3]

Hawaii is barely in the tropical northeasterly trade winds zone and not far north of there is the more temperate Westerlies and once you pass into there it will get cooler. On this link you can see currently where Hawaii sits in relation to the border of the two zones. Clicking on a spot will show the temp at that spot.

Leaving Hawaii about 7years ago on a cruise in April, the first day was warm. With each passing day, it got more windy, the seas got rougher and the temperature dropped. The actually closed the outdoor decks because plates and glasses were becoming flying objects as they were snatched by the wind. I bought a hooded sweatshirt.to wear on day 2. Night 3, we requested additional blankets and going out on the balcony was miserable. Day four, we were ordering hot chocolate and coffee with liquor in it instead of frozen drinks.
