I believe the Carnival Legend does this twice a year....once going (Northern Spring), once returning (Southern Spring). It sails in Alaska for the Northern summer and then returns to Oz.

It is sold as two cruises, SYD>HNL and HNL>YVR....tho if you buy it in Oz it may be one sailing.

There are likely others ships doing this, but this is the first one that comes to mind.
