W.Med cruises dock port or starboard side?

If you've taken a Western Mediterranean cruise, does the ship usually dock on the port or starboard side of the ship? I would prefer to book a cabin opposite of that. We're considering a Sojourn cruise next fall. thanks for the info!

It can be either.

It can indeed be either, obviously - but we normally choose a suite on the port side, and about 8 out of 10 times we have noticed that we are on the non-dock side.

Certainly on deck 4 the obvious way off the ship is on the starboard side, and this is often the level used for disembarking.
