Can anyone suggest how to contact Seabourn UK. I've tried ringing, permanently engaged. Sent emails, no response. I've sent emails via the contact us page on Seabourn website, no response. How hard should it be to contact them

Ditto - contact Seattle or use your agent to contact Southampton. Seabourn Southampton sadly leave a lot to be desired. I have the impression that they are very much a little brother of the HAL outfit there. If you do get any information out of them, make sure it is correct - I have had various wrong infos. from them in the past.

Definitely Seattle ........

We have contact with a 'personal cruise consultant' there. Always excellent service .........email me on luvtocruizatgmaildotcom & I will give you his details.

Happy travels

Another vote for Seattle.

SB Southampton is much more efficient than Silversea's London office but still leaving a lot to be desired.

Totally messed up OBC on most recent cruise, and Guest Services onboard left the onus on me to sort it out. Not my favourite way to pass time on holiday!
