Has anyone brought a bike onboard

I thought it would be great to be able to tour some of the ports by bike.However I am wondering if the ships staff can accommodate this request, given the days we tender and would require their help getting the bike to shore.Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like it's been done. The one thing I'd think could be a potential issue is that if a tender is full, people may not want to miss the boat to the bike taking up space - but then again, space on the tender may not be an issue.

Captains can do a number of things passengers can't. In this case it seems Seabourn is accommodating staff and passengers with regards to bicycles.

Some German people on the sojourn currently have the trendy fold up bikes on board. Yesterday they cycled along the Doha corniche. They were unable to leave the port independently but put the bikes on the shuttle bus to the centre.
