Enhanced South Beach with new amenities such as: complimentary shuttle transfer, lounge chairs, floating bar and cabanas.

This is on the itinerary page of our cruise. Is the shuttle available to everyone or ? Is this perhaps where barefoot beach is?

Anyone been recently that can answer would be great. Thanks

We were there in may. We rented the beach bed so we got the shuttle. I think the shuttle is only for bungalow and beach bed rentals. The drop you off right by a hit where someone was checking tickets/wrist bands.

How is the beach? We have been to various cruise lines private beaches but not this one. Heard it wasn't as nice as some of the others. IF this is true- what are the reasons?

It's nice, but not as nice as others. Bring your water shoes bc lots of seaweed/sludge. The water is very shallow too so you have to go out far if you want to really swim. This is the view from the beach beds. Overall, The island is very relaxing and they have done so many improvements over the past two years.
