Miami Cruise Port to Naples, FL

When The Royal Caribbean Navigator docks on Jan. 3 I will need to get my mother from the Miami Cruise port to her friend's place in Naples... what's the best way?

So far, I have Greyhound or Uber as options - any other suggestions? Are there any reliable shared van services that would actually leave from the cruise port?

Miami to Naples is approx. 120 miles. I would think Uber and any type of shuttle would be quite expensive. The bus or leasing a vehicle one way would be my choice.

The best way would be for her friend to meet her at the port.

I agree with luddite--if possible, have the friend pick her up at port.
