Does anyone know if OBC (non-refundable) can be used to offset cost of drinks and wine purchases? Or if it can be used for shore excursions and LaReserve dinners?

Non refundable OBC works for any good or service which you buy on the ship, outside of the Casino. ;)

As per J&S reply - yes to all.

Caveat - to use your OBC for excursions you must book them once onboard. Excursions booked prior to sailing are charged to your CC and OBC cannot be used for this.
